Since 2016 we've completed more than 100 projects across Southern California — from full kitchen and bathroom remodels to emergency water and fire restoration. Same crews, same standards, whether it's a new patio or a flooded living room.
We don't disappear between site visits. You get an update every day our crew is on your property, a fixed price before anyone starts, and a real person on the other end of the phone when you call.

Yes. On water, fire, smoke and mold claims we document the damage, coordinate with your adjuster and bill your carrier directly. You handle the deductible, we handle the paperwork.
How fast can you get here in an emergency?
We answer 24/7 and can usually be on site the same day anywhere in Los Angeles, Kern, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. With water damage, hours matter — the sooner we start drying, the less has to be torn out.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, look at the job and send you a fixed price, usually within one to three days. No charge and no obligation to hire us.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. Where the work requires a permit we prepare the paperwork, file it with the city and see it through inspection. That's part of the job, not an extra.
Will you build from my architect's plans?
Yes. Bring us your plans and we'll price them and build them. If you don't have plans yet, we can take care of that side too.
What if something changes mid-project?
We price the change in writing and get your approval before anyone touches it. That's how the final invoice ends up matching the estimate you signed.
